Admission requirements
Students who have a II level degree (master’s degree) in humanities, economics, information technology, law, or other recognized equivalent qualifications, including foreign ones, which, in the opinion of the Master Board are considered functional with respect to the professional profile defined by the course itself, can access the Master Programme. Basic computer skills are also required. Students who have a foreign qualification comparable, in terms of level, nature, content and academic rights (access to further courses), to the Italian qualification required for access to the Master can also apply for enrollment: enrollment is subject to evaluation of the ” eligibility of the qualification by the academic bodies – for the sole purpose of registering for the Master – as well as passing the selection test. Foreign candidates are required to have an excellent knowledge of the Italian language.

Selection
The selection of candidates is carried out by a Commission appointed on the proposal of the Master Programme’s Director, on 20 November 2020 from 8.30 am at the University of Macerata (location and classroom will be communicated well in advance of the selection date). Should the date, time and place of the selection be modified, candidates will receive specific communication by e-mail. At the end of the registration, the teaching secretariat will send an e-mail to obtain confirmation of any personal reasons that prevented participation in the selection interview in person. For these candidates, the Commission will arrange for the on-line selection interview.

Call and registration
Registration deadline: The application form and the related attachments must reach the organizational and teaching secretariat of the Master Programme by and no later than 1.00 pm on November 9, 2020, exclusively in one of the methods listed below: – direct delivery to the organizational and didactic secretariat of the Master Programme (Corso Cavour n.2, 62100 Macerata, MC) on the following days and times: from Tuesday to Thursday 9-13 (in the event that the secretarial offices are closed due to Covid -19 or for other contingent situations, applications may be delivered to the Department’s concierge on the opening days and times of the premises); – Shipping via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (A.R.) to the address: University of Macerata, Organizational and didactic secretariat of the Master Programme , Corso Cavour, n. 2, 62100 Macerata (MC). The envelope must bear the words: “Application for enrollment in the Master in Training, management and conservation of digital archives in the public and private sectors, a.y. 2020/2021 “. – Shipment by certified e-mail (PEC) to the institutional certified e-mail address of the University of Macerata (ateneo@pec.unimc.it). In this case, the application form and the relative attachments must be signed with a qualified electronic signature or digital signature of the candidate. Alternatively, the documents mentioned, produced and duly signed with handwritten signature, must be digitized. |
